Colcannon Recipe (Cabbage and Potatoes) – Spend With Pennies

**Mazeiko’s Coleslaw

1 small head of cabbage

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

2 TBSP sugar

1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice

1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

1/2 TSP pepper

1/4 TSP salt

Chop cabbage and set aside.  Mix the remaining ingredients together.  Add cabbage to mixture and refrigerate.
