Here’s to treating our bodies to wellness thru food and thoughtful sharing. Let’s get started!!

This group is intended to support and inspire all those interested in following a Whole Food, Plant Based (WFPB), lifestyle; so that we can meet, grow, and glow together. Our hopes are to inspire each other by meeting to educate one another thru our experiences and knowledge.

We want to provide educational and informative meetings, food preparation demonstrations, book sharing, recipe sharing, and occasional restaurant outings (meeting and dining at local restaurants who are willing to explore plant-based food prep and cooking for us).

Our goal is to spread the wealth of good health thru plant based nutrition. It does not matter to us if you are currently a vegan or plant-based foodie, what does matter is that you care about your health and wellness and are willing to explore, learn, and support thru plant-based nutrition.

There are many, well known advocates of a WFPB diet. Our group is comprised of people who are on various levels on this spectrum.

Our group promotes a healthier dietary lifestyle, based upon a Whole Food, Plant Based (WFPD) diet.

“A whole-food, plant-based diet is centered on whole, unrefined, or minimally refined plants. It’s a diet based on fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes; and it excludes or minimizes meat (including chicken and fish), dairy products, and eggs, as well as highly refined foods like bleached flour, refined sugar, and oil.”
