This group is intended to support and inspire all those interested in following a Whole Food, Plant Based (WFPB), lifestyle; so that we can meet, grow, and glow together. Our hopes are to inspire each other by meeting to educate one another thru our experiences and knowledge. Our group promotes a healthier dietary lifestyle, based upon a Whole Food, Plant Based (WFPD) diet.

A whole-food, plant-based diet is centered on whole, unrefined, or minimally refined plants. It’s a diet based on fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes; and it excludes or minimizes meat (including chicken and fish), dairy products, and eggs, as well as highly refined foods like bleached flour, refined sugar, and oil.

Join us on the first Monday of every month at 6 pm. If it is your first time, just bring veggies to share! If you are a regular, bring a dish to share with others.
