Garden Kids: Children and Youth Sunday School
We love young people! We are truly becoming “Garden Kids” this year. We begin our time together with a check in on how the kids are doing, followed by a time of intentional play and group building activity. After this time, we go out into the community garden and are learning how to care for God’s creation and grow yummy food. Through our hand-on activities, we talk about what is happening in our lives, talk about how to make wise decisions, and explore concepts of faith in a concrete way. And we might even do a little bit of singing every week!
Sunday school is from 11:00 am to 12:00 nn every Sunday morning in the Kid’s room and out in the Community Garden. Looking forward to seeing you there! This is just another way to help our families about God’s word and grow in their faith together.
