Dearest Wintergarden Faith Community,
As we continue to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world, let us do so with love and hope. Our weekly email of prayers is a way for us to share the prayers shared in worship, through the food pantry, and our various other ministries with a larger group. Due to privacy needs we will only include the first names of people and not last names. We also know this list will not be perfect and in need of constant updating. We will review this every week and be mindful of how we are being asked to pray for one another, our community, our country, and our world.

Prayers of Joy
- Joy came home from the hospital!
- Thanks and praise for those that helped make the volunteer reception a success! And for all those volunteers and the work they have accomplished with us!
- Alison is shared the joy of seeing the bobcat that has been frequenting Wintergarden of late.
- Happy birthday to Bud!
Concerns
- Dan, Heather’s son, was in surgery on Sunday. Heather is with him now. Please pray for a his health and her travels.
- Mike M, who did much of the framing and wood work here at Wintergarden was riding his motorcycle when he suffered a stroke and crashed. He has had surgery related to both the stroke and the crash. It’s estimated it’ll take a year for him to recover. Please pray for his comfort and healing. And for his family as they care for him.
- For Ahilya who is again undergoing cancer treatment.
- Pray also for Cheryl’s peer advisor. While having surgery for gallstones it was found he has throat cancer.
- Kymmie would also like prayers to get Rick home by Friday. He’s working in Jacksonville.
- Prayers for the families of the three first responders killed just over a week ago in Minnesota. Also for all our first responders out there, along with their families as these tragic events shake their lives deeply.
- Pray also for Alexei Navalny, for his courage and now for his mother, wife and daughter as they move forward in life without him.
- Continue to also pray for Bud and Donna.
- For Cecilia’s healing.
- For Barbara’s husband, Fred.
- For Alison’s housing situation`.
- Cheryl also requested prayer for Rick and Kymmie.
- Pray for those who fight addiction and for their mental health.
- For those struggling with financial issues.
- Continue to pray for Cheryl’s brother and sister.
- Also for Cheryl’s friend, Donna, in MA.
- For our food pantry clients and volunteers.
- For homeless, hungry, and hurting.
- For those persecuted for their beliefs.
- For those impacted by violence, hate, and exclusion.
- For all the wars going on… for peace in the Middle East, Sudan, Ukraine… for peace around the world!
- For peace in our own lives and for our world.
